Deputy County Commissioner Nakuru Mr. Herman Shambi has warned those operating illicit brew dens in County government rental house that their days are numbered.
Speaking during an exclusive interview, the administrator stated that they will not tolerate such illegal businesses to take place in government houses.
He added that they have made communication to the County Government of Nakuru over the same.According to DCC Shambi, over 50 County houses in Nakuru East are involved in illicit brew business and time is now for the tenants to vacate the houses as it is illegal for such to happen.
“We have made communication to the County Government over the same and what we are saying is that the tenants leave the houses or they face the law” said DCC.
The administrator adding that they will not relent in the crackdown of illicit brew in Nakuru East until all the dens are swept away.He urged those engaging in the same to stop before the law faces up with them.
