Police in Njoro Sub County, Nakuru County have launched a man hunt for two suspects who are said to have sustained serious gun wounds after a night botched robbery mission in Kihingo trading center.
According to Njoro OCPD Mohammed Huka through a phone interview,police managed to arrest three who are in police custody with one in a critical condition after he sustained head injury from bullets.
“We are calling on members of the public to be on the alert and help the police trace the thugs who escaped” said OCPD.
The thugs are said to have been in a group of eight where three managed to escape unhurt and they were in a mission and had already managed to break into two shops.
Kihingo residents say they have been raising concerns over increased insecurity in the area where they have been staging demonstrations to air their grievances.
Njoro political leaders have lauded the police who performed the mission on Tuesday night saying that this was successful after a successful reshuffle in the administration and the police service.
